Subject to Stock Availability, goods will be dispatched within 5 days of order, but please allow up to 14 Days.
Orders over £150 will be carriage free.

Returns / Refunds / Exchanges


•We want you to be 100% completely satisfied with your order.
•If you are not satisfied with the goods, they are faulty or you require an exchange, you can refund them for a refund or exchange.
•We are happy to exchange any goods providing the goods are returned within 14 Days of receipt and returned in perfect unused condition and in their original packaging.
•We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods.
•We regret that postage, packing and insurance for returned goods cannot be refunded.
•You must obtain proof of posting when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in the post.
•If exchanging goods and the new item costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
•If exchanging goods and the item you require cost more than the one returned, an additional payment will be required.
